Service use 
The Owner (Benefits on Madison) or third-party services employed by the Owner collects information automatically when the User uses or engages with Benefits on Madison Products & Services, such as the Benefits on Madison website, app, and platform technology. The information collected includes the User usage data, purchases made, app installation and updates, and how the User engages with content or ads. Benefits on Madison uses login information, cookies, device information, and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses in order to identify Users, log API calls, and provide User support.

Information is collected automatically about User’s roaming services usage, specifically voice, SMS, and data services usage. The information collected includes, but is not limited to, user location, call duration, call/SMS recipient’s telephone number, length of data sessions, amount of data used in a session, and network connectivity status. This information is required in order for Benefits on Madison to be able to provide access to, and billing for, use of Benefits on Madison services to the User. Benefits on Madison does not store the content of any personal calls, SMS, and data-based messages, or data sessions.

Benefits on Madison Customer Support accesses User data to troubleshoot and resolve User complaints and service issues. Additional information may be requested from the User to investigate further. User data may be shared with third party vendors in order to address service issues beyond Benefits on Madison’s control.

Further personal User data may also be requested from Benefits on Madison and shared with third-party vendors employed by Benefits on Madison to be used as proof of identity and proof-of-address when enabling opt-in services like applications for prepaid card programs, where required by law.

Device and location 
In order to offer services, Benefits on Madison automatically collects User information pertaining to device location, operating system, IP address, device identifier, ISP and/or mobile carrier connection, cell id, and Benefits on Madison app version, PayMaLink.

Communications

Benefits on Madison provides Users with email and push notifications to communicate the following, but is not limited to, availability of Services, policy changes, network disruptions, order confirmations, rate changes, account information details, and personalized offers. By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive commercial or promotional email messages. Users may opt out of receiving promotional marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every email. However, Users cannot opt-out of receiving communications related to service and account updates, including security and legal notices. If a user wishes to stop receiving all account-related communication, they must cancel their account by reaching out to [email protected].
Personal Data collected: email address, first name, last name, home country, and country located, along with if applicable government issued photo ID numbers as well as Proof of Address details.

How we secure your information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect and store. Unfortunately, no security measures are 100% foolproof, and as such no network or system (including ours) can be guaranteed to be 100% secure against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to information we collect and store. Benefits on Madison is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information of a child under the age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as is practicable.
